Chad Grayson has accepted the position as Senior Pastor of Tupelo’s First Baptist Church after having served as Senior Pastor of Airline Baptist Church in Bossier City, LA, from 2004-2009.  Chad received his Bachelor of Christian Ministry degree from Leavell College of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2003 and a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2008.         

Chad, age 33, is from Magee, MS.  He has been married to Lenora Lee Grayson of Mendenhall, MS, for ten years. Chad and Lenora have served together  in full time pastoral ministry over the past ten years.  Lenora holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.  They have one daughter, Annlee, who is five, and a son, Deuce who is two.        

The Lord has gifted Chad with a fervent passion for evangelism in the local church.  Chad is a gifted communicator connecting with the people through real life experiences as related to the Word of God.  Chad is known for his contagious personality and genuine love for the Church and the Lord Jesus.  Chad is excited to begin his new ministry at FBC Tupelo on January 3, 2010.
